I've been doing these for a couple of days and it helps to tone my stomach. The downside for me is that if I stop excercising for a day, my stomach will go back to being a little flabby.

This does indeed work :) Ive been doing it for half year or so and well it gave me a sixpack ^^
You can do it too,just remember cardio and healty food is just as important as doing this workout daily.
Also have realistic view of yourself and how long it will take before you see results but remember this will work!
I never exceed 2000 anymore.. me.. prolly in a day.. well NOW that I want nicer abs, I've slowed down to about.. I won't even say 1200. I try to stay away from chocolate and such, but.. if I have some, I stay to about one.
this could really work, but it the real truth is. the abs you want will be coverd by fat i you don't reduce calorie intake. cardio and strength training is the bomb when it comes to loosing belly fat. lower abs will be a pain in the ass. be patient. you'll get tehre. men 2k ccalories women 1500 is a goal to shoot for. thats per day. btw i speak from personal experience.
I began these last night and my abs hurt already...it is working! But you have to combine with a healthy eating plan and exercise (cardio) I run 12 miles a week. I think this is a great ab work out.

... since october/2007 I eaten everyday ONLY 1 potato + chicken chest (both boiled) + some cheese and somethimes + salad...and whereupon i had 104 kg and now i have 74 kg (i have 1.82 CM height) .. and this without sport or something...and now with this workout i have a nice ab ..

When you say a diet without sweets, bread, oil ECT.. whats the ect?

honestly this is the best ab work out ive ever done, the cheezy ninetys music turned me off it a bit but its really intense
